Michel-Damini Celebre, M.Ac, CI, OBT
Damini began to study Shiatsu and Asian medicine in 1990. She is an AOBTA Certified Oriental Body Therapist and a nationally certified instructor in Shiatsu. She studied Acupuncture with JR Worsley at the Worsley Institute of Classical Acupuncture in Florida and the College of Traditional Acupuncture in the UK, receiving a Licensure, Advanced Licenciate and Masters Degree in Acupuncture. In addition she is certified in the use of Chinese Herbology.
Damini has spent the past decade studying Five Element Acupuncture extensively with Niki Bilton, and more recently is studying with Jeffery Yuen, a Taoist priest, herbalist and acupuncturist. She has also had intensive training in Core Shamanism with Michael Harner and Sandra Ingerman.
Damini is a devoted teacher and practitioner of the Five Elements- -be it Acupuncture or Shiatsu. She combines her formal educational training with a strong spiritual practice. She is the founder and director of Center for Vitality and Wellness in Wayne, PA., where she currently practices.
